Our Refund Policy

At Hustle-Standard.com, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with our services, or you find that it is not ideal for your business, then within 14 days of service you may cancel and receive a refund. To do so, please fill out our cancelation form and contact form to connect with a Customer Success Manager so they can provide you with a refund. Keep in mind, that we process our refunds within 10 days of your request, but that is dependent on your banking institution as well. We only offer refunds through the same form of payment you used when purchasing our services.

Once the 14-day period is up, we no longer offer refunds. Once you are under our services, you also agree to take care of and be responsible for all charges made in alignment with our plan and policies. We do not make any exceptions to this policy. We offer two types of plans:

Per Month Basis
We offer monthly plans with no contract. These plans are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle. For more information about the next date of your bill and the amount, log in to your Hustle-Standard.com account. If you want to prevent your next payment, be sure to fill out the cancelation form before your next bill.

Contract Basis
If you have signed up for a longer contract, whether it is six months or one year, keep in mind these are legally binding contracts. This means that your subscriptions will renew at the end of your billing cycle. You can log in to your account to see the date of that payment and the amount. View and fill out the cancelation form to prevent your payment from automatically going through. ‍

Cancelation Policy

We understand that not every person can benefit directly from our services. When that happens, we do provide a cancelation policy. To officially cancel your subscription with our services, we ask that you fill out our cancelation form. If you want to stop future charges, you must fill this form out before your next billing date. Request our cancelation form by contacting our team. We can guide you through this process if you have any additional questions.

We do allow you to continue to use our services until the end of your billing cycle or when you cancel our services. We do not provide prorated refunds for cancelation requests.

Payment Processing Failure

Once you put your credit card on file, we will use it automatically for future payments. However, if your payment fails to go through, then you have a 5-day grace period to update your billing information. After that time, if your method of payment doesn’t change, we will terminate your account automatically.

However, if you update your account with valid payment information, we can reactive your account. We will also charge the card for any additional payments made on the account before and after the failed payment process.
